I can’t tell you how many times I find myself doing 85 things at once, and before you know it the day is over. A regular occurrence in my life is driving to work–and once I’ve arrived, I can’t remember even having driven because my mind was racing through all of the things I have to do.
I try to make an effort to catch myself in these situations and fix them immediately. It’s not always a flawless plan, but I do feel like I actually “see” things more even just from trying to.
